Fitness for over 50’s

Increase fitness, flexibility, your circulation and heart-lung function with this program of light aerobic exercise. Whether you are fifty or seventy you are welcome to join in!

Class Times

Term 2 – Tuesday 14 April to Saturday 27 June, 2020

Class time: Monday 11.00am from April 20  (No Class on April 13 or June 8)
Fee: $12 per session.  $108 per term (9 x 1 hour classes)
