Gymnastics Parties

Held in the Gymnasium where qualified coaches provide a series of fun activities including bars, beam, floor, mini tramp and rings. Your child will enjoy 1 hour of time in the gym, and 30 minutes allocated for food and birthday cake. Children should wear something loose and comfortable ie; leggings, shorts and t-shirts, and will be required to take their shoes and socks off to participate in the gymnastics session. Gymnastics parties are suitable for children aged 5 years and older.

Session Times

Saturday – 2.00pm to 3.30pm

Sunday – 10.30am to 12.00pm  and 12.00pm to 1.30pm

Cost

8-16 children $300.00

17-23 children $450.00

24-32 children $595.00

$100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Party Room Hire

Hire a room at the Centre and run your own party and consider hiring an entertainer to help you out. Our rooms are suitable for children and adults and are available all year around (closed on public holidays and between Christmas and New Year).

Session Times

Friday – 4.00pm to 6.00pm

Saturday -12.00pm to 2.00pm

Cost

$130 for 2 hours

Party Room Hire

Our parties are held in Multi-Purpose Room 1 on Fridays and Multi-Purpose Room 4/5 on Saturdays with both spaces catering for up to 70 people seated.

Multi-Purpose Room 1 is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the kitchen via a servery window.

Multi-Purpose Room 4/5 is located on level 1 (both lift and stair access) and includes a sink and benchtop. Kitchen access is available on the ground floor.

It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that the party room and kitchen are cleaned after use and left in a tidy state.

Conditions:

  • The party hirer has access to the party room 30 minutes prior to the nominated party start time to set up and 30 minutes at the end of the party time slot to clean and pack up.
  • It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that the party room and kitchen are cleaned after use and left in a tidy state. Cleaning requirements include; floor swept and mopped where there have been spills, all chairs to be stacked and tables folded away, bins to be emptied (skip is provided by the centre) and kitchen area is to be cleaned and returned to the position and condition it was found in.  If the room is not left to a standard which is suitable for the use by another hirer, management reserves the right to apply an additional cleaning fee, with the amount to be reasonably determined by BRC.
  • It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that no damage is caused to the floor/walls/furniture and other facilities provided throughout the course of the party. If any damage does occur, management reserves the right to apply a damages fee with the amount to the reasonably determined by BRC.
  • There must be NO ALCOHOL on premises.
  • There must be NO SMOKING on the premises both inside and outside.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the party date are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-21 days of the party date will receive a refund, less a 30% administration fee.  The administration fee is calculated on the total value of the birthday party fee paid at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will not be entitled to a refund.
  • To request a refund (subject to the conditions outlined above), party hirers must complete a refund application form. If approved by BRC management, party hirers will be paid their refund via direct transfer within 5-7 days.
  • In the unlikely event a birthday party booking is cancelled by BRC for an unforeseen circumstance, charges will be refunded in full and paid via direct transfer.
