Brooke Kneebush

Director – The Brighton Recreational Centre Ltd.

Brooke is currently Secretary General of the Oceania Gymnastics Union and has been involved in gymnastics education and development activities in Australia and internationally for over 30 years. She was instrumental in assisting with the establishment of seven new National Gymnastics Federations and constituting the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG)’s fifth Continental Union. She has also managed Australian Government funded women’s leadership programs across South East Asia.

Brooke is a member of the Organisation of Sports Federations Oceania Executive Committee and FIG “Gymnastics – A life adventure” project team.

Brooke commenced her gymnastics career at the Brighton Recreational centre at the age of 6 and attended Firbank Grammar School.

Brookes qualifications include:

  • Arts Major: Recreation Management. Minor: Marketing.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Gymnastics Australia Advanced Silver Coach, Course Presenter and Assessor
  • Oceania Sport Education Program Master Educator
