Science Buds

Science Buds is a happy place where young children, between 4 and 5 years of age, can come and learn about the science of the everyday world around them.

Weekly group classes introduce children to the whole range of sciences from Biology and Earth/Space right through to Physics and Chemistry.

Exciting resources encourage exploratory play and children carry out their own simple science investigations each week. Demonstrations, craft activities, games, books and discussions are all guided by an experienced science teacher providing a rich environment for learning. Children bring home something they have made in each class to help them share their new knowledge with you.

Children have their own ‘lab book’ which they add to each week and are rewarded for their progress through the program with sticker charts and certificates.

Class size is capped at 8 children so every child can be nurtured and friendship and fun are given high priority.

Real science begins with childhood curiosity. If your child is full of questions then they will love the Science Buds program.
