The Art2Heart Program is designed to introduce children to painting as a ‘process’ of exploration. When coming from a place free of comparison, criticism and outcome, children create from the centre of their being with freedom and spontaneity. Underpinned with Mindfulness practices, Painting becomes a powerful tool as children navigate through life.
