Gymnastics Holiday Zoom Sessions

As we are unable to run a face-to-face Gymnastics Holiday program this September, we are pleased to offer the next best alternative – Free Gymnastics Holiday Zoom Sessions.

The program includes daily live Zoom sessions which focus on a particular skill such as handstands, walkovers, cartwheels and balance challenges.  If the Zoom time doesn’t suit you, we also offer a daily pre-recorded strength video to work out to at a time that suits you.

There is no need to pre-register for the class, simply click on the Zoom link in the daily program below and away you go!  Take a look at the program guide to see what we  have planned.

Monday

10.00am-10.30am  Perfecting Your Handstand

Aimed for people who are still trying to master a controlled handstand

10.45am-11.15am    Wonderful Walkovers

Aimed for people who can either do walkovers or who can hold a strong bridge

Can’t make either Live Zoom session today?  Not to worry, you can complete a strength work out by Linley at a time that suits you!  Equipment required: Yoga mat and a roll of toilet paper.  Click here to watch the video. 

Tuesday

10.00am-10.30am  Kindergym with Rose

This class has been designed especially for 2.5 to 5 year old children.

Wednesday

9.30am-10.00am  Advanced Handstand Skills

Aimed for people who can handstand well and would like to learn presses and/or handstand turns

Thursday

10.45am-11.15am  Creative Cartwheels

Aimed at people who can or are close to perfecting their cartwheel as we will work on our cartwheels to prepare for round offs.

Getting creative with learning some new jump and leap variations to some of our favourites.
