05 Jun Update on Gymnastics Classes for Term 3
Below is an update regarding the status of our gymnastics class from Term 3 and beyond.
At this stage, based on the Victorian State Government’s current restrictions limiting groups of 20 for indoor sports venues from June 22, we won’t be able to run our gymnastics classes for school age children. However, we are hopeful that these restrictions will ease and allow us to have up to 50 gymnasts in the gymnasium, in time for the commencement of Term 3 when we will be re-opening the Centre for our other programs.
With this in mind, we are currently working through a range of options as to how we can best run our gymnastics classes and what changes will need to be made to ensure that the Centre is COVID-Safe and the health and safety of our community and staff is protected. Please be aware that the current structure and the way our classes are run WILL CHANGE from July. Further information about the necessary modifications and safety practises will be communicated as they come to light.
We thank you for your patience as we work through this process. If you have decided that you do not wish continue with your gymnastics class in Term 3, we would appreciate if you could please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to be able to welcome back all of our gymnasts in July.
