Class Overview

A moderate-intensity, full-body class designed to keep you fit and strong.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle to this class. Please also wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and that is suitable for exercise and moving around in. For example leggings, shorts and a t-shirt.

Wednesday 10.00am – 10.50am
Thursday 11.00am – 11.50am
Friday 8.15am – 9.05am and 11.30am – 12.20pm
