For children’s birthday parties from 5 years old and above, our gymnastics parties are held in our brand new gymnasium, featuring heating and cooling and a viewing deck where parents can watch their children participate. Qualified coaches lead a series of fun activities including bars, beam, floor, mini tramp, and rings.
Your child will enjoy 1 hour of active time in the gym, followed by 30 minutes allocated for food and birthday cake. This 30 minutes includes access to our commercial kitchen equipped with convection ovens, four Anvil induction cookers, a dual sink, commercial dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, instant hot water, and ample prep space, which opens out to the function space, perfect for serving food and celebrating your child’s special day.
Children should wear loose, comfortable clothing such as leggings, shorts, and t-shirts, and will be required to remove their shoes and socks to participate in the gymnastics session.

What you will need to bring:
- Cutlery
- Crockery including a cake knife
- Serving trays
- Table cloth

- Candles and matches (for cake)
- Party decorations (if wanted)
Conditions:
- Any sibling or party guest that is under Prep age, and wants to participate in the gymnastics activities, must have a parent or guardian accompany them at all times. Siblings and/or underage party guests must be included within the overall party numbers.
- The party hirer has access to the party room during the gymnastic portion to set up food & decorations, and 30 minutes at the end of your 90 minute time slot to clean and pack up.
- It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that the party room and kitchen are cleaned after use and left in a tidy state. Cleaning requirements include; floor swept and mopped where there have been spills, all chairs to be stacked and tables folded away, bins to be emptied and kitchen area is to be cleaned and returned to the position and condition it was found in. If the room is not left to a standard which is suitable for the use by another hirer, management reserves the right to apply an additional cleaning fee, with the amount to be reasonably determined by BRC.
- It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that no damage is caused to the floor/walls/furniture and other facilities provided throughout the course of the party. If any damage does occur, management reserves the right to apply a damages fee with the amount to the reasonably determined by BRC.
- There must be NO ALCOHOL on premises.
- There must be NO SMOKING on the premises both inside and outside.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the party date are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7-21 days of the party date will receive a refund, less a 30% administration fee. The administration fee is calculated on the total value of the birthday party fee paid at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will not be entitled to a refund.
- To request a refund (subject to the conditions outlined above), party hirers must complete a refund application form. If approved by BRC management, party hirers will be paid their refund via direct transfer within 5-7 days.
- In the unlikely event a birthday party booking is cancelled by BRC for an unforeseen circumstance, charges will be refunded in full and paid via direct transfer.
