A low-impact strength class using functional exercises and light weights to build strength for daily life and support active, independent living.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle to this class. Please also wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and that is suitable for exercise and moving around in. For example leggings, shorts and a t-shirt.
