Class Overview
You’d be amazed what even a little more calm can do to your life. A calming class designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional well-being in older adults. Gentle breathwork and guided relaxation promote mental clarity, better sleep, and a sense of inner peace. No experience needed—just a quiet space to breathe and be. Chairs and props available for comfort.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle to this class. Please also wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and that is suitable for exercise and moving around in. For example leggings, shorts and a t-shirt.
