Meditation is a tonic for the mind, body and emotions!

Learn how to find that sense of joy, calm and ease which resides within us all.

You will be guided through a variety of meditation techniques to: quieten the mind – reduce stress – improve concentration – develop positive emotions – overcome anxiety … and increase energy & vitality.

No experience necessary and no yoga mats required, as we sit upright in comfortable chairs.

Class time: Tuesday 10.30am – 11.30am
Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm
Fee: $150 10 x 1 hour sessions
