Hatha Yoga classes are a blend of ancient and modern systems of personal development. Awareness is enhanced on many levels through both passive and dynamic movement routines, postures, awareness of breath and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Japanese Yoga

Kokoro yoga is a hatha yoga class conducted in Japanese. Focusing not only on asana (poses) but also pranayama (breathing) and meditation. All levels are welcomed.

Yin Yoga/Roll and Release

This 60 minute floor based mat class combines the meditative aspect of gentle Yin Yoga with myofascial release techniques to ease muscle tension. Using rubber balls, blocks and foam rollers, Roll and Release is a self-massage technique designed to increase mobility, improve posture and promote relaxation. This course is beginner friendly.
