Hatha Yoga classes are a blend of ancient and modern systems of personal development. Awareness is enhanced on many levels through both passive and dynamic movement routines, postures, awareness of breath and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Choose between strength and flexibility classes that build a strong agile body and focused mind, a restorative class that is gentle and soothes body, mind, soul or meditation that guides you into a relaxed calm and peaceful state and teaches you how to experience this on your own.
