Donna Wright is a senior executive with more than fifteen years’ experience across telecommunications, transport, resources, technology and government. She is currently Chief Customer Officer of a national information management business, with full revenue and budget accountability.
Donna has held senior leadership roles with V/Line, the Department of Transport, Telstra and BHP, spanning strategy, commercial and financial oversight, risk and compliance, and organisational change. She has worked extensively in policy and regulated environments, including the delivery of V/Line’s Accessibility Action Plan, later reflected in state policy frameworks.
A committed volunteer, Donna is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Brighton and spent years supporting vulnerable Melburnians through Sacred Heart Mission.
She holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Communications and Media from the University of Otago.
A Brighton local, Donna believes strongly in the part community centres play in connection and wellbeing.
