Lisa is Managing Director of Papillon Consulting Group, a strategic management organisation. Prior to her current role, Lisa held Executive positions with Shell, Coles Myer, AXA and National Australia Bank. Lisa is a former; Director of Gowrie Victoria (child care) and Member of the TLC Management Committee (aged care). Lisa is an Expert Member of the Victoria University Leadership Council and is Vice President of Carey Alpine Inc. Lisa is an accredited Mediator and has post graduate qualifications in Psychology (Monash) and Business Management (Monash).
