Lisa Bradley is the Principal of Papillon Consulting Group, a strategic management consultancy providing advice and support to organisations across a range of business and organisational matters.
Lisa brings extensive executive and leadership experience, having previously held senior executive positions with Shell, Coles Myer, National Mutual/AXA and National Australia Bank. Her experience spans strategic management, organisational leadership, business transformation and governance.
Lisa has also contributed extensively to the not-for-profit and community sectors. She is a former Director of Gowrie Victoria, a provider of early childhood education and care, a former member of the TLC Management Committee in the aged care sector, and a former member of the Victoria University Leadership Council.
An accredited Mediator, Lisa holds postgraduate qualifications in Business Management and Psychology from Monash University and is a Commerce graduate of Deakin University.
Born and educated in Brighton, Lisa has a strong connection to her local community and is passionate about tennis and volunteering with Guide Dogs Victoria. Outside of work, her happiest moments are spent watching Geelong win and travelling with her daughter.
