Brighton Rec invites you to join us for an R U OK? Day Mental Health and Wellbeing Expo.  Hosted once again by Hampton Community Centre, the day is dedicated to fostering connections, promoting mental health and supporting each other.

Learn about the services available in your community whether for yourself or a loved one.  There will be a free mediation class and you can also enjoy a morning tea, coffee-van and great conversations.
