New Fitness and Wellness Classes this Feb!

We’re excited to introduce new additions to our fitness and wellness timetable, along with a few updates to class times and names. All changes are now in effect.  See what’s new below!

New Classes

Walk and Stretch 
Mondays 9:15am
Get your body moving with a refreshing blend of gentle stretching and a guided walk. We’ll begin at the Centre with five minutes of light stretching and breathwork, followed by a 3 to 3.5km walk around the local area.  Routes will change weekly to keep things interesting. It’s the perfect way to stay active, meet new people and enjoy great conversation.  If the weather doesn’t cooperate, an indoor alternative will be provided.

Chair Yoga 
Thursdays 2:30pm
Chair Yoga offers a gentle, accessible approach to movement. Ideal for beginners, older adults or anyone with mobility challenges, this class uses seated and supported postures to build strength, flexibility and calm. A welcoming way to experience the benefits of yoga at your own pace.

  • Tuesday Strength Foundations → now at 11:00am

  • Wednesday 9:00am Classic Yoga → now Hatha Yoga

  • Wednesday 6:00pm Classic Yoga → now Slow Flow Yoga
