Class Overview
A gentle, floor-based class designed to build core strength, improve posture and enhance flexibility.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle to this class. Please also wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and that is suitable for exercise and moving around in. For example leggings, shorts and a t-shirt.

Class Overview
A Pilates class that is aimed at the beginner to intermediate level participant. Moves will be executed from a standing and chair position. No floor work is required. The class will focus on exercises and moves that improve flexibility, balance and mobility.
