Class Overview
A slightly higher-intensity class designed for those ready to take their fitness to the next level in a safe and effective way. With fun, challenging workouts you will improve your strength, stamina and vitality.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle to this class. Please also wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and that is suitable for exercise and moving around in. For example leggings, shorts and a t-shirt.
