Class Description:

A low-impact, Latin-inspired dance fitness program designed for beginners, active older adults, and those who are new to exercise, offering a modified, lower-intensity version of the original Zumba class. It focuses on cardiovascular health, balance, strength, and flexibility through easy-to-follow choreography and upbeat music, providing an energizing and fun full-body workout that is adaptable to different fitness levels.
