Want to simply hire our room for your party with no gymnastics included? Our space is ideal with easy kitchen access.

30 minutes is provided at the end of your booking to allow for cleaning. Please be cleaned and out by 1:30pm.

Party Space will be held in Multi Purpose Room 1.

Cost

Hiring our space will be $175 for the full time allocation. Payment in full is required at time of booking and maximum numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your booking.

What you will need to bring:

  • Cutlery
  • Crockery including a cake knife
  • Serving trays
  • Table cloth
  • All foods
  • Napkins etc
  • Candles and matches (for cake)
  • Party decorations (if wanted)

 

Conditions:

  • It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that the party room and kitchen are cleaned after use and left in a tidy state. Cleaning requirements include; floor swept and mopped where there have been spills, all chairs to be stacked and tables folded away, bins to be emptied and kitchen area is to be cleaned and returned to the position and condition it was found in.  If the room is not left to a standard which is suitable for the use by another hirer, management reserves the right to apply an additional cleaning fee, with the amount to be reasonably determined by BRC.
  • It is the responsibility of the party hirer to ensure that no damage is caused to the floor/walls/furniture and other facilities provided throughout the course of the party. If any damage does occur, management reserves the right to apply a damages fee with the amount to the reasonably determined by BRC.
  • There must be NO ALCOHOL on premises.
  • There must be NO SMOKING on the premises both inside and outside.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the party date are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-21 days of the party date will receive a refund, less a 30% administration fee.  The administration fee is calculated on the total value of the birthday party fee paid at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will not be entitled to a refund.
  • To request a refund (subject to the conditions outlined above), party hirers must complete a refund application form. If approved by BRC management, party hirers will be paid their refund via direct transfer within 5-7 days.
  • In the unlikely event a birthday party booking is cancelled by BRC for an unforeseen circumstance, charges will be refunded in full and paid via direct transfer.
