General Manager
Prior to commencing as General Manager of Brighton Recreational Centre, John was Managing Director of Leisure Management Excellence, a company he setup in early 2018 that provided strategic and operational consultancy for the sports, aquatic and leisure sector. Previous to the establishment of LME, John’s career traversed the journey of Centre Manager, to Group Manager, to Executive Officer, directly managing or overseeing over 50 stadiums, aquatics and leisure centres for the YMCA. John is currently the Chair of Life Saving Victoria’s Aquatic Education and Industry Engagement Council.
