Meet at the Centre for 5 mins of gentle stretching and breathwork, then be lead on a 3km to 3.5km walk in the local area, with routes varying weekly. The perfect class to meet new friends, get moving and share in good conversation. Indoor activity will be offered as an alternative, if weather restricts outdoor access.
