Brighton Recreational Centre is excited to be hosting a free Walk, Talk event this October.

Our Seniors Walk and Talk invites Bayside seniors to spend an afternoon focused on active living and community connection. The event begins with a guided walk, offering participants the opportunity to stay active while connecting with fellow seniors. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a light lunch followed by a thought-provoking talk from Dr Bruce Walmsley, who will explore the idea of internalised ageing and the powerful stories we tell ourselves about growing older.
