Fitness January Timetable Update

We’re excited to help you start the new year strong! Throughout January, we’ll be running a modified fitness timetable with 18 classes available to keep you moving and motivated.  Download our January Timetable Here.

  • Classes resume Monday 12 January, perfect timing to launch your 2026 fitness campaign.
  • No weekend classes during January.
  • From Tuesday 27 January, our full timetable of 27 classes returns, giving you even more options to stay active.
